Discovering Le Havre:Le Havre is a beautiful city whose center is classified by the UNESCO for its architectural style (informations here). The must-see spots are all accessible by bus, tramway or at walking distance.
You can check the beach (terminus of the Tramway A and B "La Plage"), the city hall, the Volcan, the Catène de Containers, the St Joseph's Church (the colored glass are particularly beautiful from the inside by sunny weather), the Museum of Modern Art for art lovers (nice collection of Boudin, some of the famous Impressionist painters).
Going to Étretat: There are famous cliffs that are reknown world-wide, see here and here. From Le Havre you can go there in about 65 min by the regular bus, line number 21. You can enter with a regular ticket that you can buy at the Tramway station. There are buses leaving the bus station next to the train station every hour on the afternoon at 1:45 PM, 2:45 PM, ..., until 6:45 PM. For the way back there are buses from Étretat-Grandval station at 2:20 PM, 3:20 PM, ..., until 8:20 PM. Remember to buy two tickets, one to go and one to come back.
